Shipping Methods & Costs

You can use our UPS real time shipping calculator to calculate a proper shipping cost to your desired destination.(Exclusions Apply)

Exclusions: Puerto Rico, and U.S Virgin Islands will require a special shipping quote.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Large over weight orders will default our shipping calculator to $0 if you select regular UPS Ground. For these large orders, Please select the "UPS GROUND (OVER 150LBS)" shipping option at checkout. If you select the incorrect shipping method or one not applicable to your delivery area, you will be contacted with the appropriate shipping charge.

Shipping Arrival Times

UPS Shipping days are calculated from the SHIP DATE which is not always your ORDER DATE. Most orders will ship same or next day. If you have questions about a ship date or stock, please feel free to contact us.

IMPORTANT NOTE: FastenersOnly reserves the right to ship an order by any means applicable to insure an order arrives within the allotted time frame specified by the customers shipping selection.

Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to any address in the contiguous United States (PO boxes excluded), Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and U.S Virgin Islands. Please note any taxes, duties and/or any import charges for Canadian orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered in our shipping charges.

Shipping Confirmations

You will receive an update email(s) with tracking information on your order once it has shipped.

Product Backorders/Lead Times

Some fasteners may have an additional lead time to ship.

Some products are subject to quantities on hand, or may require special-order, minimum order quantities and long lead times. If you order such a product you will be contacted before your order is processed.

NOTE: Any product subject to the above lead times are special order and CANNOT be returned.

Missing Shipments/Products

Deliveries from carriers are left in/at a secure location at your shipping address provided at checkout. All orders are shipped without a signature required. Once the shipping company drops your package at your specified location and provides us proof of delivery, it is your responsibility to secure the package.

If your orders tracking number shows delivered but you have not received your package or if your package has been received and is missing products, please make sure you do the following before contacting us…

- Confirm delivery with the person who signed for the package (if applicable)

- Check with other suites/departments/neighbors to be sure they have not received the package

- Check to be sure that there are not multiple shipments for your order that the missing product may be coming in

If you have done the above, please contact us to make a claim of a missing shipment/product. All claims of missing shipments/products must be made within 48 hours of shipment receipt or shipments delivery scan.

Damaged Shipments/Products

When your order arrives, carefully inspect both the package and product for potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment process. If shipment damage has occurred, please contact us immediately to make a damaged shipment/product claim. All claims of damaged shipments/products must be made within 48 hours of shipment receipt.

Refused Deliveries

Any order that is refused at delivery will be charged a 25% return service fee.

Tax Exempt Customers

If you are tax exempt, please contact us via email or phone prior to placing your order.
